Job Description

Business Development Manager
 
1. Candidates should be responsible for generating business growth and prove themselves as an asset to the company.
2. Deep understanding of various bidding portals like Upwork, Elance, and Odesk.
3. Ability to identify and evaluate the right projects.
4. Should be highly efficient in sending proposals.
5. Should gather insight for the technical team, negotiate & conclude deals.
6. Candidates with technical background would be preferred.
7. Using LinkedIn for Social Media Sales as well as lead identification.
8. Responsible for Bidding, client response, follow-up, bid preparation, and bid analysis.

Required Skills: -

1. Excellent verbal and written skills. 
2. Should be a Team player.
3. Should possess good interpersonal skills for Account Handling and Relationship Building. 
4. Should be proactive and should have excellent convincing skills.
5. Candidates should be willing to work in Night Shift (10:00 PM to 7:00 Am).
6. Male candidates apply.
