Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Meeting & Lead Generation
-
Call and fix meetings with CAs, property dealers, financial consultants, DSA partners, and other relevant business sources.

Identify, develop, and convert loan leads into successful deals by offering appropriate loan products.

Maintain a daily visit plan and follow-up schedule for prospective and existing clients.
2. Loan Sourcing & Documentation
-
Source business for various loan products, including home loans, LAP, personal loans, business loans, etc.

Guide clients through documentation, eligibility checks, and application procedures to ensure fast processing.

Submit high-quality files for quick disbursal and maximum conversion.
3. Direct File Sourcing
-
Focus on sourcing direct files (not just through partners) for improved payout and faster loan approvals.

Ensure quality sourcing by selecting eligible profiles that meet the criteria of partner banks or NBFCs.
4. Empanelment of Channel Partners
-
Identify and empanel new channel partners (CAs, real estate agents, loan advisors, freelancers).
-
Build long-term, trust-based relationships with channel partners to ensure a consistent flow of business.

Provide product training and business support to partners to increase productivity and loyalty.
5. Relationship Management
-
Maintain regular touchpoints with existing partners and clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

Handle partner queries, support issue resolution, and act as a bridge between partners and internal loan processing teams.
6. Market Intelligence
-
Stay updated on competitive loan products, interest rates, and industry trends.

Share insights and suggestions with the management to enhance product offerings or customer experience.

Monitor competitor activity and identify opportunities to capture market share.

Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build relationships and develop networks across financial and real estate sectors.

Confident and presentable personality, capable of handling meetings independently.

Self-driven, target-oriented, and committed to business results.

Basic understanding of loan processes, eligibility criteria, and financial documents.

Comfortable using mobile apps, CRMs, and basic office software.

Must be comfortable with field work and local travel.

Knowledge of local market and geography is a plus.
