Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying potential new clients and developing relationships with them, creating and implementing sales strategies, and negotiating contracts. They will also be responsible for gathering market intelligence, analyzing trends, and collaborating with the marketing team.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in software development and/or IT services industry
- Demonstrated ability to identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with clients
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of sales and marketing principles
- Ability to gather and analyze market intelligence
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field
- Master's degree in business administration or related field is a plus
