We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead initiatives that drive business growth. The ideal candidate will identify new market opportunities, build client relationships, and close high-impact deals to enhance company revenue and market position.
Key Responsibilities:-
Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve organizational goals and targets.

Generate leads through various channels including cold calling, networking, and digital outreach.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead in the industry.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

3–7 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.

Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
