Business Development Manager Jobs Opening in Zenn Livving at Salt Lake, Kolkata

 
As a Business Development Manager in our Residential Vertical called Zenn Secure, Your role would be to primarily engage and maintain good relationships with brokers and home owners across the city.

Job Location: 
You would be based from our Kolkata office. You will be initially working from home, once the office opens in June, please report to office.

Salary Package: 

The package offered to you would be 30,000 INR per month 

The Work can be classified into 3 major parts:

  1. Broker Network
Create, nurture and manage a network of brokers to work for us in onboarding properties. Partner and work closely with them setting up revenue goals for them through us every month, Train, assist in helping them achieve it.
2. Lead Generation
Increase awareness about our services, products, and campaigns among various housing societies across Kolkata directly through owners and brokers. Our primary target is to find new apartments that have reached the possession stage and where the apartment has not got any interiors done yet and semi furnished apartments.
You will meet brokers daily, generate leads out of them and close the sales.
3. Deals Closure:  

Converting enquiries into sales. There are 2 types of onboarding that you would be doing. 

A. Apartments that are completely unfurnished. In these projects, we get the interiors and the furnishings done for the owners in our format and designs. The prices range from 7 lakhs to 12 lakhs per customer. 
B. Apartments that are semi-furnished: In these projects, we furnish the apartment for the owners for which the owner pays the company. These range from 4 lakhs to 7 lakhs depending on the rent amount and the project. 
Making sure payments are made by the customer, getting agreements signed with the owner. 
During this complete process, you would be creating leads, interacting with the owners and brokers, closing the sale and coordinating with the ops team to get the apartments rent ready. Onboard owner's properties to our platform, sign contracts, and making sure payments are followed up at all stages and making sure all owner queries are taken care of.
