Sales Manager / Business Development Manager – Agency Channel (Insurance) Role Overview

We are hiring dynamic sales professionals to drive growth through the Agency Channel by recruiting, managing, and developing a strong network of agents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, onboard, and manage agency partners
  • Drive business through agent network and achieve sales targets
  • Build strong relationships with agents to ensure productivity
  • Provide training on products, processes, and sales techniques
  • Monitor performance and guide agents to improve results
  • Execute sales strategies and expand market reach
Candidate Profile
  • 2–4 years of experience in Sales / Business Development
  • Preferred: General Insurance / Agency Channel background
  • Open to BFSI / FMCG / Telecom sales candidates
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage teams and deliver targets
Compensation
  • Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 (based on experience)
