About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Call on leads to identify prospects and navigate them with the qualification process to identify decision-makers
2. Make outbound customer calls to promote and sell a product or service (75-80 outbound calls a day)
3. Create, maintain, and update a database of customers with complete information and emails
4. Record outbound call history and customer response in detail
5. Ensure customer follow-up all the time
6. Send or email product literature, brochures, catalogs, and other material
7. Understand customer business requirements and respond to customer inquiries to resolve it
