Job Description
1. Tie-up with foreign clients
2. Help foreign companies establish their business in India
3. Inform clients (what is IPO and Pre IPO)
4. Help companies and Investors to know more about the same

1. Convincing skills for persuasion of client/partner/vendor etc.
2. Negotiation skills - In order to negotiate the various terms and conditions with client/partner
3. Listening skills - One has to be a active listener in order to understand the requirements of client/partner and then propose the desired product/service accordingly
4. Relationship building and management skills - In order to manage the relationship under the toughest situations of the firm.
5. Never give up attitude - this is the skill required for facing and handling the difficult clients
