About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Counseling prospective customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads to close sales
2. Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities
3. Keeping up with product and service information and updates for Prepcademy
4. Generating leads via social media platforms and other channels along with creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers
5. Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services
6. Closing sales and achieving sales targets
7. Managing customer concern after-sales

2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Sheets

3. Good communication and persuasion skills with fluency in English and Hindi

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (2% of sales done).
