Job Description
1. Working to set and achieve targeted goals and objectives for business development and sales
2. Strategizing and creating plans to reach out to our prospects
3. Researching and identifying clients and call on contacts
4. Connecting with potential customers in whatever means necessary such as cold calls and meetings
5. Visiting customer site to sell product
6. Asking pertinent questions to understand the customer's requirements
7. Getting an understanding about the market and customers
8. Persuading the customer to buy by demonstrating how our services meet their needs or solve their business problems
9. Going the extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
10. Keeping records of calls and sales visits and record useful information
11. Maintaining a detailed report of daily appointments and follow ups
12. Reporting daily progress to immediate reporting managers

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 18th Nov'20 and 23rd Dec'20
3. are available for duration of 2 months
4. have relevant skills and interests

1. The applicant should have a mode of transport and should be willing to travel to customer locations
2. Must be positive, professional, and have an outgoing personality with the ability to work both in a team environment and directly with clients
3. Must have the enthusiasm and desire to learn and be successful in business development and sales
4. Must be highly organized, persuasive, and good at convincing customers to formulate sales
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (2% of sales).
Certificate: Will be provided at the end of the Internship
