About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Engage and build relationships with potential customers in the North American market (USA & Canada), you will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every potential customer to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability
2. Research, identify, and prospect for new customers, including collecting information related to the prospect, the prospect's company, and industry, and compelling events to make effective and meaningful conversations
3. Nurture and qualify leads who have shown interest in our company's product or solution and have already engaged with our company through its marketing channels (inbound sales prospecting)
4. Reach out to potential customers who have never engaged with your company's product or solution, i.e., cold prospecting, through phone, email, and social media (outbound sales prospecting)
5. Present our company to potential prospects and identify prospect's needs and suggest appropriate products/services
6. Take interested prospects through the demo stage of the sales pipeline, and convert them to a sales qualified lead
7. Create the list of questions to ask during the call or create a sales call script to qualify or disqualify leads, and to set up quality lead meetings for sales executives
8. Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and account executives
9. Seek new business opportunities in the market
