Job Description
1. Handling the special growth projects in Bangalore
2. Exploring on-ground sales channels
3. Working on daily reporting on the set targets with the central team

1. Knowledge of business development, account management, relationships, field audits, process improvement, and event management
2. Must be comfortable with creating and managing complex business proposals
3. Excellent spoken and written communication, interpersonal, relationship-building skills
4. Builds business by identifying and selling prospects
5. Sales planning
6. Proficiency in data analytics will be an added advantage
7. Ability to build a strong relationship; exercise diplomacy and problem-solving to work effectively under pressure
8. Deep understanding of the Bangalore in general
9. Has good business sense, multitasking and prioritization abilities, an unwavering focus, and the ability to handle ambiguity
