Job Description
1. Identifying opportunities for bid submissions and raising them with the bid management team
2. Conducting research and brainstorming key points to include in the bid
3. Crafting persuasive and detailed proposals
4. Performing risk assessments and addressing concerns of clients and company staff
5. Ensuring all deadlines are met
6. Liaising with suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors
7. Keeping track of all costs and managing budgets
8. Working closely with project managers, design managers, estimators, and senior personnel
9. Conducting team briefings once bids have been secured

1. Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction, or another relevant discipline
2. Bachelor's degree in management or English
3. Experience as a bid writer is advantageous
4. Excellent industry knowledge and a willingness to keep up with trends
5. Superb written and verbal communication skills
6. Strong teamwork and interpersonal abilities
7. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
8. Deadline-driven and committed to excellence
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 800 per sale).
