Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Sell residential apartments-speaking to homebuyers/customers to find out their requirements and be able to steer them towards the right project
2. Follow-up with customer leads and schedule and conduct site visits
3. Continuous follow-up after a site visit and bring the deal to closure
4. Develop and retain client relationships
