Paddies, a brand by The Smart Shoppee, is into manufacturing sanitary pads. We are based in Mumbai, and we are into retail/online/offline sales and exports.

About part time job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Creating sales leads with the help of campaigns and media activity
2. Converting sales leads into customers
3. Getting in touch with potential clients like pharmacies, NGOs, women's health clinics, etc. and pitching the product to them
4. Creating social awareness and taking reviews and feedback post sales of the product
5. Understanding business objectives and designing surveys to discover prospective customer's preferences
6. Performing valid and reliable market research and SWOT analysis and using it to increase the market presence of the product
7. Formulating reports and making recommendations with respect to marketing strategies
