Job Description
1. Meeting the builders/investors/large real estate project owners every day and collecting the property details to post on our platform
2. Coordinating with the relationship managers and property managers working from the office
3. Negotiating the best referral bonus with the property owners and builders
4. Training the new joiners
5. Expanding the company operations to multiple locations in Hyderabad
Note: This requirement is for our new start-up Yochala Developers Private limited. (BrickzRealtors.com) which is building a platform similar to Housing and MagicBricks in the real estate space. The candidates must be willing to cover most parts of Hyderabad and Vijayawada. Petrol, food, and all other expenses will be reimbursed by the company.
Please note that this is not a telesales role. The candidates would just need to serve the interested customers by calling from our customer support number.
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for the part time job/internship
2. can start the part time job/internship between 16th Apr'21 and 21st May'21
3. are available for duration of 3 months
4. are from Guntur, Hyderabad, Vijayawada and neighboring cities
5. have relevant skills and interests

Candidates will also get an incentive of Rs. 100/- for adding a property to our platform and Rs. 2000/- per property for completing a sale with any of the relationship managers. There will also be a chance for the candidates to convert this into a full-time job opportunity as a relationship manager.
