Job Description
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conduct promotional activities for end-users, especially field demonstrations & field tours and meetings
2. Conduct channel management on the retailer network
3. Conduct competitive channel strategy, including implementing specific projects to improve retailer coverage and wallet share and reduce layer numbers
4. Map out market segments, including big growers' information and propose business opportunities
5. Follow the company's strategy and approach with support to develop business and manage customer relations of big farmers and farms
6. Report complaints in time, conduct investigation on the complaint with related functions together, and cooperate with forecasting & maintaining short- and long-term business development plans
7. Generate the sale using various customer sales methods
8. Develop out-of-the-box sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness
