Helper4U is a social enterprise, helping the people at the bottom of the economic pyramid find better job options, with dignity, without the need for a placement agency or middleman. This minimizes their exploitation, physical or financial, at the hands of the middleman. Our focus is domestic workers (maids, nannies, cooks, drivers, elder care staff) and similar job seekers in businesses (peons, delivery staff, housekeeping staff, shop assistants, telecallers, data entry, laborers). On the other end of the spectrum, we are helping employers hire these workers, directly, without any third-party intervention, on mutually acceptable terms. The whole process is largely tech-driven, with a very hands-off approach at our hand. A 'mobile' is central to the whole process of hiring and the back-end algorithms take care of the whole matchmaking process. Helper4U has been operational for 4 years now, and along the way has been recognized and awarded as an innovative concept by many.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Talking to potential employers to understand their requirements
2. Talking to franchisees to understand their capabilities
3. Generating new leads from potential employers and franchisees
4. Closing deals for hiring and franchisees, resulting in agreements and POs
