Job Description
1. Gain knowledge about various offerings from our solutions group
2. Consult our clients for their specific requirements
3. Seek out new sales opportunities (business development) through cold calling, professional networking and references
4. Set up meetings with potential clients and initiate the sales process
5. Provide the required presales assistance in coordination with application engineers
6. Support various marketing activities.
7. Prepare and submit techno-commercial proposals
8. Build rapport and long term relationships with stake holders at the client's end
9. Work on post-sales coordination and AMC follow-ups
10. Achieve designated targets for the territory
11. Participate in exhibitions or conferences on behalf of the solutions group

1. Must have completed BE (preferably from the Mechanical/Automobile discipline) and MBA (optional)
2. Must have the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
3. Must have proven experience and interest in target-oriented sales
4. Must have necessary skills for operating in a sales environment
5. Must have a good understanding of various business development processes
6. Must be self-motivated with a results-oriented approach
7. Must have aptitude for delivering convincing presentations
8. Must have a collaborative mindset to join forces with other internal teams
