About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Understand customer's requirements and providing solutions via offering products or services
2. Suggest and execute steps necessary to make workplace more energetic & playful
3. Upsell products or services stating the advantages over the latter
4. Redesign the workplace to make it more informative, expressive and displaying offers & promotions on respective products and services
5. Achieve targets given from senior management and follow guidelines stated
6. Submit report by end of the day
7. Manage expense and create budgets
8. Create ideas and execute them post-approval from senior team

Additional Information
Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 2 to 3 Lac/annum
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (3% of sales).
If the candidate is able to deliver results from home, we will make that work from home post 1 month of the training program.
