Job Description
1. Conducting market research and focusing on customer acquisition
2. Building business relationships with current and potential clients
3. Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support, answering potential clients' questions and following-up and responding to client requests for proposals
4. Making cold calls and multiple outbound calls to potential clients, client business referrals, or web leads, closing sales and working with clients through the closing process
5. Recording and maintaining the quality of leads and ensuring the progression of leads from identification to closure
6. Providing prospective customers or clients with all services offered, and additional presentations as needed
7. Working with the client to create solutions for their needs and consulting through the sales process
8. Identifying opportunities through social media, email, telecalling, and marketing events
9. Validating and managing the leads generated through the above-mentioned activities
10. Maintaining a pipeline of all activities by targeting the right set of audience and ensuring weekly closure by continuous follow-up

3. are available for duration of 3 months
4. are from Panjim, Pune, Mumbai and neighboring cities
5. have relevant skills and interests
Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 2 to 3 Lac/annum
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 10000 per lead).
Certificate: Will be provided at the end of the Internship
