About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Achieving sales target of onboarding genuine freelancers/employers to our freelancing platform
2. Meeting the prospective clients (companies & freelancers) and ensuring a high level of service delivery
3. Contacting all freelancers & employers on a daily basis

We have an online platform for freelancing (marketplace) where employers and freelancers will be on-boarded for contractual work. freelancers and employers have to sign up and create their profile on the platform by providing all the necessary details like personal details, work details, company details, etc. The platform will act as a facilitator only freelancers will sell their professional services on our platform and employers will buy these services. The employer can post their project requirements on the platform and freelancers can bid for such projects. If both of them agree to work together then a contract will be done between them and the freelancer can start working. We have decided to launch the product in the month of December.
