Job Description
About the internship
A. Lead Generation:
1. Attend DLAI Conclave, our flagship event, on 5th and 6th March to identify potential leads for DLAI membership.
2. Network and engage with key industry professionals and decision-makers during the event.
B. Market Research:
1. Conduct thorough market research to understand the needs and expectations of potential DLAI members.
2. Analyze competitors and industry trends to tailor sales strategies accordingly. (not really needed but good if they can do)
C. Conversion:
1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to convert identified leads into DLAI members within the next 6 months.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, addressing their concerns and showcasing the value proposition of DLAI membership.
D. Collaboration:
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new DLAI members.
Work closely with marketing and communication teams to enhance brand presence and visibility.
E. Reporting:
1. Provide regular reports and updates on sales progress, challenges faced, and strategies employed.
2. Utilize CRM tools to track leads, conversations, and outcomes

Other requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Enthusiastic and proactive attitude towards sales and relationship building.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with the [industry/sector] landscape is a plus.
- Need to be present in Mumbai for the Flagship event on 5th&6th March
- Post the event, internship is remote.
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (2% of revenue generated).
