Business Development Sales
The selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Connect with potential customers through cold calls or visits to sell our services
2. Answer incoming calls from prospective customers and follow up with them for lead closure
3. Create/Use scripts to provide information about the product's features, prices, etc., and present their benefits to prospective clients
4. Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer's requirements
5. Persuade the customer to buy by demonstrating how our services meet their needs or solve their business problems
6. Deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard the company's reputation
7. Work on going the extra mile to meet the sales quota
8. Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information
