Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Monitor customer queries on the website, email, and WhatsApp and answer them in a timely manner
2. Work on telecalling
3. Work on B2B and B2C marketing
4. Attend travel trade fairs
5. Work on data mining to collect B2B and B2C customers/partners
6. Work in close coordination with the event management team
7. Work in close coordination with the website development and digital marketing team to ensure the website is fully updated as per the company's product and service portfolio and marketing strategy
8. Work under the guidance of the marketing manager to assist them
