About the internship
Role: Business Development Trainee/Executive
Location: Nagpur
Workplace type: Onsite
Skills Required:
Good to have knowledge of any freelancing platform.
Good to have knowledge about LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Good to have knowledge of Business Processes and Analysis.
Should have knowledge about IT outsourcing business.
Must have good reasoning, logic, and thinking power.
Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
Good knowledge of the latest trends in Frontend and Backend development.
Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
Job Roles & Responsibilities:
Possess a strong understanding of our products and our competition in the industry.
Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange telephonic or video meetings.
Generate new leads, identify and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities, and select deals in line with strategies.
Develop and implement overarching outbound sales and business development strategy, sales processes, structure, and best practices across the company
Detailed knowledge about various Sales strategies and their implementation in the real business world.
