Business Development Trainee Jobs Opening in Bhanzu at HSR, Bangalore
Job Description
As a Business Development Trainee at Bhanzu, you will be an integral part of our growth team, responsible for driving customer acquisition and contributing to business strategy. This is a high-impact role that involves direct communication with potential customers and real-time problem-solving in a fast-paced EdTech environment.
Key Responsibilities:-
Interact with potential customers (parents and students) via phone and video calls

Understand customer needs and suggest appropriate Bhanzu learning programs

Maintain and update CRM systems with leads and conversion data
-
Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
-
Collaborate with internal teams to refine the sales process and improve customer experience

Provide regular feedback to the team on market trends and customer preferences
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written).

Basic knowledge of sales processes, digital marketing tools, or CRM systems is a plus.

Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); familiarity with Google Workspace is also beneficial.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Eagerness to learn, adapt, and accept feedback constructively.

Good presentation skills and the ability to explain concepts clearly.

Must be proactive, organized, and goal-oriented.
