Job Description
1. Finding and developing new markets and improving sales
2. Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities
3. Prospecting for potential clients and developing new business relationships
4. Contacting potential clients and arranging meetings through phone calls, emails, and social media to ensure a robust pipeline of leads and databases
5. Developing quotes and proposals for clients
6. Using LinkedIn and other tools to identify the relevant contacts
7. Reporting to the owner directly and assisting in managing end-to-end hiring

7. Should have a flair and passion to work in sales
8. Should be a target-oriented person with good convincing power
