Jayam Cinemas is looking for a dedicated and responsible Café Team Leader to oversee daily operations in our cafeteria. The role involves supervising café associates, ensuring smooth service, maintaining hygiene and quality standards, and delivering excellent customer satisfaction. The Team Leader will be responsible for managing staff schedules, training new team members, monitoring inventory, handling billing and cash management, and coordinating with the management team to achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, good communication abilities, and prior experience in food service or hospitality. This position requires a hands-on approach, problem-solving skills, and the ability to motivate the team to work efficiently in a fast-paced cinema environment.
