Effective call handling to ensure precise information is given/taken .
A good rapport to be created with clients to improve business.
Make feedback calls .
All necessary information regarding calls should be updated in the spreadsheets on the daily basis.
Preference is given to the candidates who can speak Hindi and English.
Only General shifts(10:00 AM to 7:30 PM (No Night Shifts).
