Job Description
Job Title: No Sales No Target...Service Desk/ Technical Support/ Semi Voice
- Salary: 1.2 LPA to 5.5 LPA + Aggressive Incentive
- Work Location: Hyderabad
- Shift Time: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM (OR) 9:30 PM to 6:30 AM
- Candidate should have,Take calls Over Phone which involves working in different Time Zones
- Take calls from Global clients and initiate the right response to them, positively and professionally.
- Flexible to work in shifts (USA PROCESS - NIGHT SHIFT)
- Excellent English - both verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Qualification: Fresher or Experience (Undergraduate or Graduate or PG Etc.,)
