Job Description for Customer Care Agent:
  • General Purpose 
  • We are looking for a Call Center Representative that will be the liaison between our company and its cureent and potential customers. 
  • The successful candidate will be able to solve the customer issues, complaints and inquiries; keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.
Responsibilities - 
  • Manage large amount of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
  • Identify customer needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions or alternatives.
  • Maintains communication equipment by reporting problems.
  • Informs clients by explaining procedures, answering questions, providing information.
  • Determines eligibility by comparing client information to requirements.
Education & Requirements - 
  • Graduation.
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities & manage time effectively.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
  • Proficient in relevant computer applications.

Job Description for Customer Retention Representative:
  • Develop new strategies for customer retention activities.
  • Respond to customer queries and address service complaints in a timely manner.
  • Work with Sales Manager in implementing sales promotion activities.
  • Track contracts that are soon to be expired and contact customers for renewals.
  • Develop product presentations and demonstrations to customers.
  • Analyze customer feed backs and develop new techniques to ensure customer retention.
  • Provide excellent customer services and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Build positive working relationships with customers for repeat businesses.
  • Explain customers about new products and benefits.
  • Make sales calls to existing and new customers for business growth.
  • Perform customer negotiations and reach a fair conclusion from both business and customer perspectives.
  • Processes orders, prepares correspondence, and fulfills needs of existing customers that are at risk of cancelling services or orders. 
  • Addresses complaints with the goal of increasing satisfaction and securing renewals or saves. 
  • Offers discounts or special deals as needed and within pre-established limits.
  • Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. 
  • Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. Works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area.
