2. Update details of query and the appropriate responses on the CMS module.
3. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient transfer of information to ensure speedy settlement of issues.
4. To answer calls within 3 rings.
5. To attend to any other assignments assigned to you from time to time.

Qualifications and Skills
H.S.C, S.S.C, Graduate can apply.
Ability to speak, write and read both English & local language.
Ability to understand as well as grasp basic customer information.
Ability to handle diverse people.
Problem solving and convincing skill
