Job Description
As a Call Centre Executive, your primary task is to manage incoming calls and serve as the vital link between clients and legal experts. You will listen to the client's needs, check your computer dashboard, and transfer the call to the appropriate lawyer. No prior legal knowledge is required as full training will be provided to all new executives.
What You Will Do as a Call Centre Executive:Receive Inbound Calls: Act as the first point of contact for clients seeking assistance.
Understand the Need: Listen carefully to the client to understand what kind of help they require.
Route Calls: Use the company Dashboard to find and accurately connect the client to the right lawyer.
Maintain Professionalism: Ensure every caller feels heard, respected, and helped.
Education: A Graduation Degree is mandatory for this position.
Language: Must be Fluent in English and Hindi (Speaking). Proficiency in any other regional language is an added advantage.
Tech Skills: Basic computer knowledge to operate the internal dashboard.
Communication: A clear voice and a polite, professional manner on the phone.
Paid Training: Every Call Centre Executive receives a complete training session. We will teach you how to use the dashboard and how to identify the right lawyer for each specific case.
Environment: Work in a professional, high-standard office setup in Vasant Vihar, Delhi.
Step 1: Greet – Pick up the call professionally.
Step 2: Listen – Understand the client's issue in English or Hindi.
Step 3: Check – Look at your Dashboard for the right lawyer.
Step 4: Connect – Transfer the call, and you're done!
