Call Center Representative
Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and persuasive Call Center Representative to join our team. This role is focused on making high-volume outbound calls to schedule appointments and support health plan members. The ideal candidate will bring strong communication skills, professionalism, and a results-driven attitude to a fast-paced, metrics-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:-
Make up to 50 outbound calls per hour using an automated dialer system.

Offer, explain, and schedule free appointments for health plan members.

Communicate with courtesy and professionalism, handling rebuttals persuasively.

Meet daily performance goals related to outreach, engagement, and scheduling.

Adjust, reschedule, and cancel appointments as needed with members and providers.

Handle complaints and escalations professionally using engagement systems.

Accurately document call activities and maintain productivity expectations.

Follow HIPAA and all applicable privacy and security regulations when handling protected health information.

High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred).

Minimum 3 years of call center experience OR 2+ years of general work experience required.

Previous experience in outbound or high-volume call centers preferred.

Familiarity with autodialers, scripting, and working in a metrics-driven environment.

Ability to remain persuasive and professional under pressure.

Strong communication skills – friendly, confident, and clear.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced and goal-oriented team.
