Job Description
Job Summary:
The Calling Executive will be responsible for making and receiving calls to assist customers, provide information, and promote products or services. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-oriented attitude, and the ability to handle queries efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Inbound & Outbound Calling:
- Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to promote products/services.
- Handle inbound calls and assist customers with inquiries, complaints, or requests.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Maintain a positive relationship with clients by providing excellent service.
- Address customer concerns and escalate issues to the appropriate department when needed.
- Keep records of customer interactions, feedback, and follow-up details.
Sales & Lead Generation:
- Generate leads and explain product/service details to potential customers.
- Persuade customers to purchase products or services through effective communication.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly call targets and sales goals.
