Job Description

Job Summary:

We are hiring Calling Staff Female for our Real Estate team who will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, explaining our residential and commercial property projects, and generating leads for the sales team. You will play a key role in engaging with interested buyers or investors, sharing property details, fixing appointments for site visits, and maintaining follow-ups.

This role is suitable for freshers or individuals with experience who are confident communicators, customer-focused, and interested in building a career in the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Calling and Lead Generation:

  • Make outbound calls to potential buyers, investors, or inquiries received through online portals, ads, and campaigns.

  • Introduce the company and explain current and upcoming real estate projects in a clear and professional manner.

  • Generate interest and qualify leads by identifying their property preferences (budget, location, type, etc.).

  • Maintain a target-based calling approach to meet daily and weekly calling targets.

2. Customer Engagement:

  • Speak to clients politely and clearly, listen to their needs, and respond with helpful information.

  • Encourage clients to schedule site visits or meetings with the sales team.

  • Share project brochures, floor plans, videos, or other promotional material via WhatsApp, email, or SMS.

3. Follow-Ups:

  • Maintain a follow-up schedule with all interested leads.

  • Call clients again after sending details or after a site visit to take their feedback and assist further.

  • Ensure that no lead is lost due to lack of communication.

4. Coordination:

  • Coordinate with the sales and field team to fix appointments and keep them updated on confirmed visits.

  • Assist in managing the client database and keeping records up to date in Excel or CRM software.

  • Help schedule calls or meetings for senior sales executives when required.

5. Daily and Weekly Reporting:

  • Maintain a record of daily calls made, leads generated, and appointments fixed.

  • Submit daily call logs and weekly performance reports to the manager.

  • Update status of each lead: new, contacted, interested, follow-up, or closed.

6. Customer Support:

  • Respond to basic customer questions related to location, availability, pricing, project status, and documentation.

  • Help customers feel comfortable, build trust, and maintain a friendly tone during every call.

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction even if the inquiry does not convert immediately.

Required Skills and Qualities:

  • Communication Skills: Must have good spoken communication in Hindi, English, or regional language depending on location.

  • Politeness and Confidence: Should be soft-spoken, polite, and confident while talking to customers.

  • Basic Computer Knowledge: Ability to use smartphones, WhatsApp, Google Sheets, or Excel for maintaining call logs and reports.

  • Listening Skills: Should be able to understand client needs and preferences and forward accurate information to the sales team.

  • Time Management: Capable of handling multiple calls and leads daily while keeping records organized.

  • Positive Attitude: Friendly, patient, and enthusiastic personality to deal with customers.
