Qualifications

Education

 Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Psychology,

or related discipline.

 Master's degree preferred.

Experience

 Minimum 5 years of experience in Campus Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, University Relations, Employer

Branding, or Early Careers Programs.

 Experience building and managing university partnerships.

 Exposure to graduate hiring and internship program management.

 Experience working in a GCC, technology organization, consulting environment, or multinational company is

preferred.
