Job Description
• Should be target driven with good communication skills with 1-3 yrs of experience of recruiting in ITES/BPO hiring
• Collaborate with various teams like BGC, Documentation, Onboarding, Hiring Managers, Scheduling team etc.
• Should manage candidate communication and stakeholder communication
• Should be able to understand EVP and should have good negotiation skills
• Good with MS Excell and prior workday experience could be added advantage
• Any graduation or masters -preferably in Humanities /Management
