Key Responsibilities:
1. Ride-Hailing Services

Pick up passengers from designated locations and transport them to their destinations safely and on time.

Ensure that the bike is in good working condition before and after each ride.

Follow the assigned routes to provide passengers with an efficient and hassle-free journey.

Maintain a clean and professional appearance, including the bike and attire.

Ensure adherence to traffic rules and road safety standards during rides.
2. Customer Interaction

Provide excellent customer service by offering a friendly, respectful, and professional experience for passengers.

Assist passengers with getting on and off the bike, offering help with luggage or any other needs.

Handle any inquiries, complaints, or concerns from passengers in a polite and professional manner.

Maintain a positive attitude and be courteous while interacting with passengers to enhance their experience.
3. Safety and Compliance

Ensure that both the captain and the passenger wear helmets and follow all safety protocols.

Regularly inspect the bike’s condition, such as tire pressure, oil levels, lights, and brakes, to ensure the safety of the ride.

Comply with all company policies, traffic regulations, and legal requirements.

Adhere to the designated ride routes, taking into consideration the quickest and safest routes.
4. Maintaining Bike and Equipment

Regularly check and maintain the bike’s condition, ensuring it is roadworthy and equipped with the necessary safety gear.

Take responsibility for the upkeep of the bike, including cleanliness, oiling, and regular maintenance.

Report any bike-related issues or breakdowns to the operations team and follow the process for repairs or replacements.
5. App and Communication Management

Use the Rapido driver app for ride allocation, updates, and payment processing.

Keep the app updated with your availability and accept ride requests promptly.

Communicate effectively with the support team in case of emergencies, delays, or unforeseen issues.
6. Reporting and Feedback

Provide feedback regarding customer experiences, technical issues, or app-related challenges to the management team.

Maintain accurate records of rides, earnings, and any incidents.

Ensure that passengers are satisfied and encourage them to provide ratings or reviews after each ride.
