Job Description
Experience – Fresher with good communication skills. Fluency in Bengali language is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Assisting in Career Counselling Sessions:

Support senior counsellors during one-on-one or group counselling sessions for students, graduates, or working professionals.

Help collect and review background information, educational details, and career aspirations of clients.

Take notes, observe sessions, and gradually assist in follow-up discussions or career planning.
2. Conducting Research and Assessments:

Help administer and evaluate career assessments, aptitude tests, interest inventories, and personality quizzes.

Analyze test results under guidance to match clients with potential career paths or academic streams.

Research current market trends, job roles, industry demands, and career prospects in various fields.
3. Resume and Profile Building:

Assist students and clients in preparing professional resumes, LinkedIn profiles, and cover letters.

Review existing documents and suggest improvements aligned with the individual’s career goals.

Help organize mock interviews and guide clients on interview preparation techniques.
4. Workshop and Event Coordination:

Help plan and execute career-related workshops, webinars, and job-readiness programs.

Communicate with guest speakers, alumni, and HR professionals for panel discussions or training events.

Collect feedback from attendees to improve the quality of future programs.
5. Client Follow-Up and Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of client progress, session notes, and assessment results.

Follow up with clients to track their career progress or educational decisions.

Prepare summary reports and presentations for internal reviews or reporting purposes.
6. Digital and Content Support:

Contribute to blogs, newsletters, or social media posts related to career tips, industry insights, and student success stories.

Create and edit basic content or infographics for outreach and educational purposes.
