Job Description

Candidates should have good communication and convincing skills.
He/she has to make cold calls as per available data and conduct regular follow-up to gather and successfully close leads
Responsible for business development through sales.
Handling walk-in student's interactions, students query.
Good knowledge of Sales.
Responsible for achieving business targets through effective counselling, as per timelines.
Regularly follow up for lead generations through tele-calling.

Counselling prospective students and guiding them about the courses offered.

Counselling through Data Calling, chat, e-mail and prospective students walk in Managing fee structure & remind students for the remaining payment.

Ability to engage with prospective customers from multiple channels.
Desired Candidate Profile0 to 5 years of experience with good communication skills & positive attitude.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

(Fluency in English/Hindi/Telugu is a must)

Good understanding of the information technology industry and tools.
Candidate must be comfortable handling telephonic calls /counselling.
Immediate joiners required.

Good working knowledge in MS Word, MS Excel & Internet.
Should be technology savvy and adapt to technology tools.
