Job Description

We are looking for student counsellors for Palarivattom
Counselling clients for student visa and immigration. Attend calls and interact with walk-in clients
Communicate effectively the benefits and opportunities of overseas education to the aspirants
Keep an updated knowledge about different countries and the various courses offered by the educational institutions. Attending inquiries from clients on various courses and immigration program.
Assessing the client’s profile and assessing the eligibility.
Maintaining and updating follow up tracks for the clients assigned.
Co-ordinate with clients for the preparation of documents.
Communicate effectively the benefits and opportunities of overseas education to the aspirants
Keep an updated knowledge about different countries and the various courses offered by the educational institutions
Work and manage a team
Convince potential clients and resolve conflicts if any positively and professionally
Provide the best customer service and experience professionally possible
Keep contact and respond to past, present and potential clients
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Skills Required :

Good command on multiple languages (English and Malayalam compulsory)
Ability to convert maximum queries to registration.
Ability to work independently.
Computer Knowledge.
Excellent Communication Skill
Smart and Presentable Attire

Enthusiastic and Agile
Skill to Multitask
