A requirement of non-teaching staff: We are looking for a lady counsellor for MBA entrances Prep center.
Job Description:
- Handling in-center inquiries and regular follow-ups for enrollment.
- Guiding students for all the MBA entrances in India and explaining to them the benefits of joining Preptors .
- Job also involves basic operational work, vendor management & student management.

About Company
Preptors is born from PREParation and menTORShip. The institute is started by Mr. Vishesh Nadiyana, an engineer and IIM Calcutta alumnus, with an aim of mentoring students in addition to preparation.
Preparation is a key part in getting admission in B-school so a good percentile will fetch a good college. Hence we focus on reaching each and every student by keeping the batch size to as small as 20! The learning that happens in class followed by doubt solving eventually helps in getting better percentile and we are very serious about this. So a regular follow up on studies and attendance is maintained in a very friendly manner because we are mentors and not only teachers. Also we encourage students to think beyond his/her capabilities and make wonders in coming days. So from day 1 we start imbibing soft skills in students by the method of reading newspaper and discussion on the same.
