Influences customers to buy or retain product or service by following a prepared script to give product reference information. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships. you must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone.
- To Try and Meet the purpose of the call.
- To listen to queries and handle them effectively.
- To generate more leads from the people out called.
- To make the customers registered for Admission.
- To follow-up with the customers for payment collection.
- To enter details in the system for future reference.
- To enter details of interaction in the system.
