Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Career Relationship Executive to guide and support individuals in making informed career decisions. This role involves understanding the career goals of students, job seekers, or professionals, and helping them choose the right path through personalized consultation, career mapping, and program recommendations.
The ideal candidate should be a strong communicator, empathetic listener, and confident in handling one-on-one or group career counseling sessions.
Key Responsibilities:

Connect with students, graduates, job seekers, and working professionals to understand their career goals and educational background.

Guide candidates through suitable career opportunities, courses, skill development programs, or job-oriented paths.

Build long-term relationships with candidates through trust, communication, and follow-up.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge about industry trends, job markets, and educational programs.

Assist candidates with program enrollment, application processes, and documentation.

Conduct career counseling sessions (online or in-person) to clarify doubts and provide tailored advice.

Meet weekly/monthly targets related to candidate outreach, conversions, and client satisfaction.

Maintain CRM or candidate tracking systems with accurate data.

Coordinate with internal academic, sales, and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and support.

Follow up regularly to monitor progress, provide guidance, and resolve concerns.
Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education, Psychology, HR, or Management preferred).

Freshers with excellent communication skills and interest in career development are welcome.
Skills Required:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and regional languages.
