Key Responsibilities
1. Patient Care & Assistance

Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.

Help with mobility support, including walking, transferring, and using assistive devices.

Monitor vital signs, medication schedules, and report any health concerns to nurses or doctors.
2. Emotional & Social Support

Provide companionship and emotional support to patients.

Engage patients in light exercises, recreational activities, or conversations to improve well-being.

Offer mental and emotional encouragement to maintain a positive attitude.
3. Meal Preparation & Housekeeping

Assist in preparing and serving meals based on dietary requirements.

Help with light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and organizing patient rooms.

Ensure a safe and hygienic environment for patients.
4. Medical & Emergency Support

Follow doctor’s instructions and nursing care plans.

Assist in administering prescribed medications under supervision.

Provide first aid and emergency assistance if required.
5. Documentation & Communication

Maintain records of patient health, progress, and daily routines.

Communicate effectively with families, nurses, and healthcare professionals.

Report any changes in patient condition promptly.
