About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Follow up over emails, phone calls, etc.
2. Handle inbound calls and make outbound calls and convert them into admissions
3. Handle queries over telephone, emails, and walk-ins
4. Work on face-to-face counseling of the prospective students and converting them to admissions
5. Maintain effective communication till the time the learner is onboarded
6. Maintain admission guidelines by writing, updating, and recommending changes to admission criteria, policies, and procedures
7. Generate MIS reports periodically
8. Contribute to admissions by promotions, creating awareness, various activities and workshops to increase walk-ins, etc.
