About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Advertise upcoming performing roles effectively
2. Collaborate with the judging panel during auditions
3. Work with the director and producer on production directions and requirements
4. Establish performance requirements for artists
5. Inform performers about expected performance, skills, and character development
6. Manage performers through their management agencies
7. Monitor budgets for casting calls and production timelines
8. Provide professional advice about performers to the production team during auditions
9. Prepare props and scripts for auditions
10. Review performers' portfolios
11. Schedule and coordinate the performer selection process
