About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Drive operational excellence: Design, optimize, and drive operational reviews and rhythm of the business. Guide the planning and goal-setting process for different functional and business areas, as well as progress checks throughout the year. Bring and consistently apply a RoI lens to all operational decisions, so we can make better-informed trade-offs.
2. Communicate with executives: Create narratives and documents that tell the story of your business area to influence senior operations leadership and stripe executive team decision-making.
3. Stakeholder management: Influence and drive cross-functional change by partnering with stakeholders across a wide internal network of teams including operations, product/engineering, finance, data science, and more.

The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement: Preferred Requirements:
1. 0-6 months of prior experience in analytics tools and technologies
2. Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking ability
3. Outstanding analytical ability, working knowledge in Python, and understanding of data relationships
4. Outstanding communication, presentation skills & stakeholder management skills Expertise working cross-functionally to drive business and operational goals using data
5. Ability to connect the big picture to minute details, toggling between them to set and operationalize strategy
Interview Process: 1. CV Screening 2. Logical Reasoning + Problem-Solving Assessment + Technical Interview
